"We loved this place. All staff members were amazing; they were fun and very kind. I recommend the rooftop restaurant and pool. The food and service are incredible. My daughters-in-law and I had a blast, great vacation. Very clean, outrageous staff, beautiful balcony view with a jacuzzi spa, total relaxation. This place is wonderful for adults who want a nice quiet place to relax."

"Sliding door does not lock lamp shocked me when I went to turn on a/c light flicking all nite ac has a short staff notified within 2 hrs. Of my stay they served vegetarian. Leftovers from supper to bkft to supper. I asked for a refund within 2 hrs. Of being there they refused I explained this is not what is shown on web page because I would never stay in a place that is in such poor condition my room smelled like mold."

"Family of 4 here with two children ages 4 & 8 , we had a blast! The property its self was well maintained and very clean . Rooms were spacious as well . Kids loved being at the pools and liked the bridge with waterfall like features. Food was surprisingly very good at this resort! We’ve stayed at other all inclusives on hotel zone and food doesn’t compare to Villa del palmar. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back soon !"

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. "I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room.
