The room was spacious and very clean, the water pressure was great and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast in the morning was above and beyond! To have a gigantic buffet like that included in the low price exceeded our expectations and the service during breakfast was phenomenal. The location downtown was perfect for our needs . The hotel and grounds were a true classic Mexico experience and we would definitely stay again!

This is a very good hotel in a good location although the room is in need of renovation - there was a leak in the ceiling just above the entrance / bathroom which I told the staff

Location is good, for Cancun. A Michelin star restaurant 20 minutes walk one way and downtown Cancun 10 minutes the other. We didn’t realise until too late that there was a free shuttle bus to the beach (needs to be highlighted better). Therooms were very clean, the staff were very nice. The breakfast was very good. The amenities were good. We had a very nice stay, thank you.

Had a pleasant stay at Hotel Adhara. The rooms are comfortable. Loved the Chaya drinks. We did experience a frustrating start with the beach shuttle—contradictory booking instructions led to us being told it was full, despite arriving exactly when told. However, the management was professional and settled the issue by offering us a compromise 11:00 AM transport to the beach. I appreciate a hotel that listens to feedback and makes things right. Good base for exploring Cancun!

The room was clean, we had fresh towels, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffett was good. It was in a good location, not too far from the spots we needed to go. We went on Christmas Eve and I did not know that everything at the hotel would close by 5 including the restaurant/bar pool service so that sucked. The main reason we stayed there on our last night was to enjoy that service.

Nice place.

Our hotel stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was clean and towels readily available. We wish there was a lobby bar and airport transfers. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay immensely.
