"Betty was incredible, she was full of honest and helpful suggestions and super kind. All the staff were great. We have been to Tulum several times and the location of the hotel is pretty good, the walk to the better parts of the street side is not too long and the walk on the beach side is great."
"Excellent service and gorgeous location. They set us up with bikes for easy transportation, helped us book a return car to the airport, and also had breakfast and took our order the night before so we can have it quickly in the AM because we were leaving early. Great service!"
"Best stay!!! Loved the staff , loved the vibe!! Unfortunately i did go when the seaweed was at its fullest but i already knew so we planned to go to a cenote beach club and a lagoon and was amazing. Food is absolutely delicious at Tago and they have a Sushi restaurant there too that I highly recommend. Such an oasis and tranquility. Rooms were gorgeous and the vegetation around was so beautiful. Highly recommend this place, definitely will be coming back!!"
"Really disappointed by this place, need maintenance, construction going on all day, room had some sewage smell coming out of the toilet all night, then power went out in the whole place and we had to book a different hotel. Still waiting on my refund for that, not a fun experience 😔"
"The room was beautiful. I loved our private little pool. The hotel isn’t very convenient if you don’t have a car. Taxis can get very pricey without one. The shared hotel pool is very nice too. I would stay here again if I have a car rental to get to the hotel zone area."
