"Great stay. I have stayed at a lot of secrets. It did not disappoint. I am a beach person and would have really liked better beach shade on the non preferred side. Most of them have it. The umbrellas were just not like the huts. Restaurants all great. I didn’t like the drive in the golf cart to there restaurants but the layout just doesn’t permit them within walking distance. Beautiful place. Nice pools. Plenty of seating. Great staff."

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"Loved the ocean beach. Servers came frequently to ask your beverage orders and fresg coconut water from the husk. Rooms were cleaned daily & fresh towels were plentiful at the beach. Loved the swim bars at the main pool. Excellent services to throughout my 5-day stay June 2026 at Playa de las Mujeres at Excellence Hotel in Punta Sam, Mexico. Staff was very accommodating and courteous."

"The only restaurant that has good food was the Chinese restaurant and the waiter Gerardo is amazing he is the best, also Francisco the butler he’s really helpful and has great customer service. The pool attendant Marco doesn’t like to help the non-member guests. He is rude and only pay attention to the members so he can receive tips from them, he didn’t let me get any chair and didn’t want to open the umbrella he even gave popsicles to the other guest and even bother to ask the non-member...
