"I recommend that you don’t try to visit this all inclusive resort as not everything was all inclusive even for the ELITE Guests. Expedia definitely upload some false information about this resort. The dining restaurants was extremely hard to book with no options to sit down and eat if you can’t find any booking for the restaurants as the buffet is only opened for breakfast and other 3 restaurants are also only opened for lunch. So if you miss out on the booking, you have no other options to eat...

"We have stayed at several Excellence resorts, this one i thought was going to be a standout and it wasn't. Food was alright, about the same as the others maybe a tad better. The drinks were good but i ran out often. The Honeymoon suite was the best part of our stay, it was a beautiful room and rooftop. If you have been to one Excellence you've seen them all. Not bad for price but but we will probably stick with Garza Blancas for our future Mexico trips. This resort is a 7.5"

"Great resort! Food was fantastic, drinks were premium, and facilities were spotless. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Truly felt like a luxurious experience. Only complaint was the lack of entertainment at night. We were there with our 3 year old so wasn't that big of an issue, but would have expected better entertainment options."

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."

"We booked two rooms, each with two double beds but one of the rooms we got had only a king size bed. Instead of finding us another room with two double beds, we had to get another single bed rolled in. One of the rooms constantly smelled like mold. As an all-inclusive, the hotel is not a great option for anyone planning on doing lots of early morning excursions as no real food options were available before 7:00 am. Yes, you can pick up a ready made sandwich, some unhealthy danish/muffin options,...

"This is THE PLACE TO STAY!! The service in every area was excellent. The all inclusive dining was superb tasting for every meal. To lay on the beach and have beverages brought to you, again, in the all inclusive was perfecto!! Love this place! 3 rd visit for us."

The pools were clean and seating was excellent if you’re looking for a guest only beach this resort is not for you as locals do enjoy it also, We love that the hotel allows for it. Overall you won’t be disappointed plenty of things to do here including a after dark night club that has it on fireeee in there 10/10 recommend "
