I paid for an all-inclusive trip meeting. I don’t have to pay for anything, but what I paid for to get there I was unable to eat at any restaurant on the property due to lack of information provided by the staff of when to eat or where to eat or what to where to eat. I was giving information on one thing follow those instructions got to a restaurant only to be turned away due to lack of room, or I was underdressed when in fact, there were people eating that we were wearing the same thing I was I was given a reservation for a restaurant the hibachi place I showed up for my reservation and they did not have me on the list so I could not eat there I did not eat from any restaurant except for breakfast at the resort my whole visit I would not recommend going to this resort to anyone of my friend. I will never be back again, and I was was not compensated in any way for the fact that the first day I got there was supposed to be at 1 PM. I didn’t get there till 5 PM because of 2 1/2 hour ride from the airport to the resort when it was supposed to be 21 minutes and then I finally got the resort. Nobody informed me of anything about the hotel got to my room by myself without instructions on how to use the electrical panel that supposedly operated everything in the room so I didn’t know how to put up the shades or open the windows or anything. The outside awning was broken. The inside awning was broken so my secondary resort there was maintenance people in and out of my room all day

So this was my 7th time here. Everything is a blast!!! This was my first time using the Expedia check in desk. Will always use that from now on. The food was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast each day at the buffet, pretty standard but everything was fresh and the omlet bar was terrific. Dinner each night was at the either Sea Flirt, Flame, or Sutra. No complaints about the food or the service. The resort grounds are clean and well manicured. Our room was cleaned spotless daily. Yes, the rooms need some updating but, honestly, we spent the majority of the time at the pool or at the Bash party. We do not go to Cancun to spend in a hotel room. The staff were attntive and readily availabel to assist with any requests. This is our 3rd visit to Temptations and we have already booked a room for next April.

Purchased a garden view room, I am pleased I did not choose the beach view, as the beach was not particularly appealing. The shoreline had a significant amount of seaweed, and there was limited space for swimming in clear water. The lively party atmosphere met expectations and was enjoyable. However, for a first-time visitor to the resort, I believe incorporating activities geared to new visitors would enhance stays. The resort is the oldest property in Cancun and could benefit from some updates, as the rooms feel outdated. The bathroom lighting is inadequate for grooming tasks. Although the shower has an attractive design, the drain placement causes water to pool and sometimes overflow onto the bathroom floor. During a stay at Temptation Resort in the Dominican Republic—which was a positive experience—I found its design to set a high standard, especially with features like stained glass bathroom silhouette windows. The layout of the resort can be somewhat confusing at first, requiring some time to familiarize with the grounds. The pool closes at 6 PM, which I would prefer to be extended. This was our anniversary the resort presented with a bottle of champagne and nice sash around the bed, cute. Over all the experience was good and would go back to trial again but the resort really sells on a life style rather than a vacation or party. On the first trip not sure if ready to commit to a life style rather than a vacation that is fun and upbeat.

This was our nineteenth visit at Temptation and we are already planning our twentieth! The party atmosphere and the service level are top notch! The design is edgy and the place is spotless! The moment we arrived, Andrea Flores and Alodiel at the Expedia check-in counter made sure we received our favourite room and expedited its cleaning so we could access it as soon as possible! Caio Cesar and Gloria Cruz from the Concierge desk made sure our special arrangement request was taken care of and we had sand between our toes within an hour of our arrival! Sergio at the front desk was always super helpful, too! Wherever we turned, there were friendly faces, always willing to help make our stay extra special. Elias, Abraham, Marco and Erwin at the lobby bar and Eddy at the Zilanzio bar would start preparing our drinks the moment they saw us approaching! Lucero and all her colleagues at the breakfast grill (so sorry we did not write down everyone's names!) always made sure we had our omelette and juevos rancheros made just perfect! The servers at the a-la-carte restaurants wouldn't let us wait for a second - each course would arrive as as we were done with the previous. Israel at Flame, Felipe and Ramon at Sea Flirt, and all the rest of the staff which we regret we did not take the names of! Patsy at the front door at Romanza would always make sure we got our favourite table. And let's not forget Sergio at Caffeine who whips up some amazing coffee creations!

This is a very clean property, good food options and great staff! The theme nights are really fun and it is a great vibe! We’ve been several times and will continue to return!!

This trip I added on a lot of perks I didn’t receive. No hour hydration massage, no 25 minutes massage. Every time I went to make reservations I was told to come back. To book my spa services the same exact thing. I feel like the priority was a membership. To which they told me it would be a hour including breakfast. Then they tell me it’ll be more than a hour about 2-3 hours. I declined. Once I declined so did my trip. I waiting in line to check out for 40 minutes. I was moved to two different lines. They tried to make me get out of line because they said there had been people waiting to check in and I cut. Mind you I was moved to this line by an employee. After a while I got very irritated with several attempts to move me out of the line of checkout. Because he didn’t get the message from his coworker. I told him to call your manager if there’s a problem. The ladies in front of me let me cut because he literally was just being very rude and didn’t know what he was talking about. The bellhop held my bags saying my driver wasn’t there. He’d been there 15 mins. I almost missed my ride to the airport because of them playing with my bags. All and all my experience could’ve been better. I wasted money on things I never received. I don’t have anything good to say about this property outside of the lady that cleaned my room. She was very nice and I tipped her everyday I was there.

I did a lot of research and have seen many mixed reviews even though I have friends that’s been several times. If you’re on the fence, BOOK IT! If you’re free spirited and open and love to have fun, this is the resort for you. Single, couple, swingers, someone who just wants to party? BOOK IT! The day parties and nightly theme parties were a vibe. A mix of music and the staff was wonderful and the other folks were fun and respectful. This is a topless resort at all pools and the beach but not required. The food was good 8/10. They will try to get you to do the resort tour meeting and no matter how many times you decline, they steady ask and have other staff try to get you to book it in the first couple of days. That was actually getting very annoying but wasn’t something that made me uncomfortable or warrants any point’s deducted. We will definitely be back as we had an amazing time!!! The round trip transfer company they use was awesome as well!

Es un lugar excepcional, en donde la diversión nunca termina y el concepto topples lo complementa. El servicio, la atención, el cuidado y el respeto son parte del lugar y los extraordinarios juegos durante el día con los play makers y los Shows nocturnos son de primer nivel sin dejar atrás los alimentos, bebidas y las atenciones de todos los colaboradores del hotel siendo bien llevados por el Sr Miguel Peinado y su grupo hacen que la estancia en el lugar sea perfecta y te invita a volver para disfrutar nuevamente del sol, la playa y los eventos, sin necesitar salir de sus instalaciones en ningún momento.
