"The room was nice, clean and had a lovely fireplace. The only problem was the thermostat defaulted to very hot and we had to get up several times during the night to try and adjust it."

"The hotel, room itself and area were all great. Loved the pillows and the mountain view. However, there are a large list of cons. The toilet was difficult to flush fully and would run constantly or intermittently which was annoying. We slept with the bathroom door closed and that helped a bit. We went downstairs to fill a plastic bag with ice from their ice machine and when it melted the next morning there were small floating black chunks of something. Super gross! So we bought ice from the...
