"When we arrived the room hadn’t been cleaned from the last guest, it was disgusting. The cleaner came and cleaned after we contacted the owner, we asked for a full refund as it was not what we paid for pictures did not represent the apartment well. The only saving grace was the owner being so kind and understanding."

"The property was very clean and we loved the easy check-in and check-out process. The host (Mark) was very responsive when communication was sent, however there were really no issues or problems so communication was minimal.
We highly recommend this property and would certainly consider staying again in the future."

"The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable.
The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis."
