"In our room, the beds were clean but felt old and lumpy. Temperature was hard to manage in the room. The tv remote would turn the ac on and off when using the navigator arrows.
Our bathroom sink drain leaked everywhere and the pipes were not connected properly. We called the front desk with our personal phones since the room phone was not connected... the staff offered to move us rooms or that maintenance would be there in the morning. They fixed it and decided to stay in our room.
