"Wir waren für eine Nacht als Zwischenstopp dort. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Zimmer war trotz der Lage sehr ruhig mit schöner Aussicht ins grüne. Auch ein Babybett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer auf dem Weg in den Urlaub eine Pause machen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben und im Ort gibt es leckere Pizza. 😎"

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking...

"The hotel is Fab! The view is worth every penny and highly recommend getting a room with a view of the lake as watching sunset from the balcony was incredible. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any questions. The restaurant/ Bar was also fab with gorgeous pizzas for good value and could see a lot of locals visit to sit and enjoy the view. Parking was also never an issue. Only issue I would say is the lack of aircon. They do provide fans in the rooms but one of our nights it...

"The rooms were very spacious, especially if you had a lake view. Would’ve liked to spend more time on the balcony, unfortunately, the area was suffering a pretty brutal The only time we ate on the premises was in the bar. Had an absolutely wonderful club sandwich. Would recommend highly. Lastly, we really enjoyed the pool area. We were able to enjoy drinks and food as well."

"Very scenic location in the hillside facing the lake and castle. Easy walk to Arona waterfront for a nice stroll / ferry terminal or lunch & Dinner. The breakfast great and had dinner at hotel one night and food was perfect. Great wine selection too. We had a Balcony room and the lake / Mountain views were nice. Sunsets were beautiful. Sunrise if your up early faces right at the room. Easy drive to MXP airport too."

"We loved our stay here. A beautiful, old style property with beautiful gardens, lovely old furnishings with lots of artwork on the walls. Phenomenal views from the rooftop area, which is sadly underutilized. Great lake views from many of the rooms. 20 minute walk into Stresa along a lovely walkway on the lake edge. Good breakfast as well. Highly recommended"
