Amazing stay!

We had a delightful stay! The room was spacious and backed onto a garden so very quiet! The staff were unbelievable so friendly and helpful. The building from the outside doesn’t look great however the location, the staff, the breakfast, the room were AMAZING!!!! I would go back!!!

Nice hotel, some facilities could be updated

Lovely hotel in a good location. Enjoyed the private beach club. Rooms were comfortable. Appreciated that hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. Some facilities, such as the gym, run down and would benefit from being updated.

We were very happy with our hotel choice for staying here. The hotel has a private beach and restaurant. We also went to the sister hotel Majesty for the beach and restaurant. It is steps to the beach and shops. I would definite stay again in the future

Price reflected the hotel. No restaurant which was disappointing and not much lounge area. Room was fine but we overlooked an overgrown garden (not looked after) and actually paid extra to look onto the garden… if I knew the condition of it I wouldn’t have! The best part was the beach club - it is roughly a 5-8 min walk from the hotel but had a great restaurant and loungers.

Hotel is a great location and beach facilities are excellent. Could have had a better experience at check in as staff not very helpful and rude. Room air con did not work well even after engineer tried to fix it resulting in having to have a fan on in the room all the time. Breakfast was excellent and staff there also.

We arrived at the hotel and the room was not ready which is acceptable since it wasn’t 4 PM yet. We asked them to call down to their beach and see if they have a sunbed and the girl at the front desk rolled her eyes at me. She then proceeded to do so and gave up after a few rings. They said they would text us when the room was ready but they didn’t. We got to the room and called down a few times for an adaptor and I had to make 3 separate calls only to receive them an hour later. They are the only hotel I’ve been to where they charge for them too. They did give me one for free to make up for the 3 calls and the time it took. They then called me for check out at 11 and I told them I should be receiving late checkout since I have Expedia perks and they finally agreed to do so since they didn’t honor any of the other perks. The facility isn’t terrible. I have stayed in all 5 star hotels this trip and I made the mistake of not realizing this is a 4 star. So you get what you pay for sort of
