"This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. Breakfast was excellent. We had the evening meal and because it was a Friday - it was the fish menu. It was a little disappointing. We had an excellent wine tasting across the road with a very knowledgeable and generous host - I'd really recommend the red wines."
