"Wonderful property in every way! We accidentally left our passports in the room safe and the housekeeper immediately notified the front desk. The lady at the front desk, whose name was, Laura M., contacted us immediately. We were already in Venice, so she arranged a driver to drive our passports to us. She went over the top to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. The kindness was just amazing and the property was 10/10."

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"Staff here are so conscientious, they packed me a breakfast and put it in my fridge when I asked for a taxi at 4:30 a.m. for the next day! This is a solid, reasonably priced hotel with hard-working, warm staff. Short walk to major sites, but far enough from the madding crowd. Breakfast was generous with a wide variety of food served in a well-appointed dining room with outdoor balcony seating; I recommend that you include it in your reservation.
