Had a great experience at the Frame hotel, located conveniently in the heart of Florence. The hotel staff Daniel was wonderful and made our stay better than we imagined. We liked our room and the amenities. Very clean and the refreshments on floor 2 were appreciated. I would stay here again! I only wish the WiFi was a little more reliable.

The staff was extremely courteous and pleasant and let us check into our room early since it was available. The room was clean and modern - we booked the suite on the top floor...no complaints. The hotel was located in the best location even though it was along a fairly busy street, it was securely locked to guests only and it never felt unsafe. It was less than ten minute walk from the train station - ideal as we arrived by train from Rome. It was less than 10 minutes from the Duomo and literally right around the corner from high end shopping. I highly recommend.

What a wonderful hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and found it to be excellent from start to finish. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, the room was impeccably clean with nice amenities and bath products, the breakfast was the star of the show with a comprehensive selection and amazing coffee.
