"Lake Havasu Hampton Inn has very convenient location close to the London Bridge area, near restaurants and Colorado river. The room was clean and comfortable, with microwave, refrigerator, and television with good channel selections. But was really nice were the very friendly staff (front desk, bar and service members). This Hampton also had incredible breakfast selections located in roomy eating area. The pool was large, clean with plenty tables/chairs to relax."

"The property is very run down and dirty. The room had spider webs, hair on bathroom floor, the water from the bathroom sink was just a trickle, it looked like they painted over a mold spot in the bathroom, the toilet wasn't clean, the carpets and curtains were falling apart.
The only good thing was the AC, which worked great. I've stayed at many Motel 6 properties before and this one was by far the worst."

"We had a blast during our stay at The Nautical Beachfront Resort! We had a great view of the lake and enjoyed our balcony view. The staff was very welcoming and even allowed us to check in early upon our arrival.
We did have an issue with the 2 TVs in our room as one remote didn’t work. Also during our stay, the shower would leak, so we had to close our bathroom door. However, that did not ruin our stay, it was a blast and we will most definitely come back in the future!"
