"We arrived at around 2am on an Orange taxi from the airport (about 5-10 minutes and $10us) Taxi driver did not want to wait for us to be let inside. Rang the bell twice and after 1-2 minutes staff opened the door, greeted us and showed us the room. "After making a reservation, we received a message stating that the property had not been available for a long time, despite still being listed. We were surprised and disappointed, especially since we have not received any response regarding our refund. Very poor communication and an overall frustrating experience."

"No AC, loud noises from street (lots of motorcycles), loud music from lobby (karaoke machine?), bed with no blanket (only top sheet), and bathroom out of TP and paper towels. However, hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any inquiries. Decent storage in room closet. Area is secure (garage door and front door locked at night). Had a private room for 4 and it did the trick for a 1 night stay before early flight but otherwise would be rough. "
