"The condo was clean but smelled of disinfectant. The smell was so unpleasant that I had to keep the window open all the time. Although the window stayed open for the entire time, the smell remained. As soon as I stepped into this condo, I called the BEE management and asked for a different condo, but the person in charge claimed this could not be provided and refused to reimburse me. "Loved our stay here!! Beautiful views, porch was a plus, air conditioning worked great, comfortable, and we own had our own parking spot right outside the door. The only small downfall is the entrance is pretty dangerous as it's hard to see cars coming from the one direction. Recommend 1000%! Our favorite stay out of the 4 places we stayed in Costa Rica!"

"Expectations and assumptions are the reason for my ratings. I thought I was going to have a different experience while that experience was not met. Based on my assumptions my stay there was pleasant and there were some adjustments I had to make once I realized what the accommodations provided the staff was friendly. "Terrible beds and the noise. It was a lot Of noise. There’s not windows! The security was good but keep in mind the noise plus not comfortable beds :("
