"Beautiful accommodations and spectacular view of the beach and mountains in Jaco. There were lovely beachside restaurants very handy to the resort. The main pool had a direct view of the beach. We felt safe and right at home. Security was 24/7 which was also peace of mind. Shopping and restaurants were minutes away by foot. "

"The property is great ! The apartment is amazing ! Property manager kind and responsive! Is the penthouse, 10th floor and both elevators out of service ! Unless you are in the mood for a lot of excise with your luggage up and down 10 Floors can’t recommend the place !!’ All the rest amazing !!! "

"Condo 701 was very dated and dirty. The pillows and blankets we disgusting. There was No toilet paper, hand soap or dish soap. Kitchen in bad condition and not very well equipped. José the property manager was responsive and helped us w everything we needed. "

"Property itself was nice and fine but there were a number of small details lacking that made our stay less than ideal. For one, there were no blankets or pillows provided for the two extra pull out beds. The water dispenser on the fridge didn’t work. The shampoo / conditioner dispensers in the showers were all but empty. And the treadmill in the gym is also non functional. The host was responsive before check in but when we raised some of the issues we were having, they did not respond until...

"For me, the highlight was definitely the rooftop pool. The views are absolutely stunning — you can see the mountains, the beach, and all of Jacó. It’s especially beautiful at night when everything’s lit up. You can even watch surfers catching waves since the beach is just steps away. The pool’s also big enough to do a few laps, which was a nice bonus."

"On new Year's Eve at 8pm ready to take a shower and go out we noticed no towels and 6" dirty standing water in shower. Went to off and called with no response. Found another number and someone showed up. Told us to deal with it or leave. On New Year's Eve we were going to leave at 8pm!! Exsteamly hostile.."

"The apartment itself is very nice. The noise level was unbearable. The traffic noise all night was very bad. We got no sleep. Thr shower in the apartment os poor. Hot water yes but the shower is bad. The owners hut us with a 5 doller a hour sur charges to get into the apartment a little early. "
