Very expensive , the store in the lobby was selling a bag of Doritos that cost 1.50 for $8, cheeseburger and coke $37 for room service. The pool restaurant was more reasonable. The noise in the morning from cleaning staff starts at 7:30 am. Needed a wire and box to recharge my IPhone $93.00, in town at radio shack $28. Some would say expensive, I say stop taking advantage of your guest by those unreasonable prices.

The staff was just business, not friendly, we had to ask all the questions related to our stay, we arrived early, understanding our room was not or would not be ready, the one lady at the bakery was rude. the Room was ok, nice view, however the bath/shower was a disaster, the rim around the bath tub has no “Lou” “buffer” so she the shower is on the water runs along the edge and on the bathroom floor causing flooding. NO it’s not because the shower curtain was open! Pretty and nice does always mean practical!. The outside bar next to the pool closes at 6, seriously! They took our food and moved it inside. We will not be returning, we’ll take our chances with another Hotel/resort. My wife used the spa/massage, the massage was good, but the therapist was just too talkative, when you go for “serenity” that is what you should expect some people like talkative, we wanted serenity and didn’t get it.

Great stay! Staff was courteous, rooms were clean and loved happy hour and the casino. We were especially pleased with how close we were to El Manglar Seafood and Grill. We had dinner there both nights we stayed at Crocs.

The resort was beautiful. Only issue is it did not say on the website that the part of the beach by the resort is not swimmable. You would have to walk a ways down the beach to swim in the water. Also- the jacuzzi was not heated. Staff was helpful! Room was beautiful!

We truly enjoyed our stay and our first time in Costa Rico. The staff were so nice and made our stay pleasurable. Definitely will recommend this place to stay for anyone visiting. We took advantage of our 20% discount at the spa and it was fantastic. Live the property and the amenities.
