Apartments in Cantón Parrita

"For me, the highlight was definitely the rooftop pool. The views are absolutely stunning — you can see the mountains, the beach, and all of Jacó. It’s especially beautiful at night when everything’s lit up. You can even watch surfers catching waves since the beach is just steps away. The pool’s also big enough to do a few laps, which was a nice bonus."

"We had confirmed reservation and the hotel gave our rooms away. The front desk lady just walked out at 6, closing the reception. There was no assistance. We we stranded on the parking on new years eve and needed 3 hours to find accommodation. Expedia couldn’t find any booking too as everything was sold out. We somehow found a local hostel. There were other guests too who had similar experience and were stranded. Do not recommend this business. "

"Agent switched room accommodation, from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom unit, without authorization from me and refused to switch back nor refund me as I refused to stay."

"No follow up instructions were ever received for access codes to enter property or room. Called contact number several times only to receive a voicemail. Left voicemail and did not receive a call back. Had to check into another property for my stay. Terrible communication. I would not recommend this property. "
