WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. "

"Room was clean. No way to toddler/kid proof the door so it just opens without a top latch. Security rushed us out the parking lot at 11:00am on the dot even as he saw us loading everything into the car. Food at the bar&grill was good but the serving sizes were NOT worth the price. My children ate adult size meals and were still hungry.. 7 fried shrimp and about 9 French fries for $18.99+ tax 😳 the staff at both the hotel and bar&grill were friendly."

"Property was very clean. There was an incident in the pool whereby a child had an accident so the pool had to be closed and cleaned for an hour or so. Not the hotels fault and they did seem to have a procedure to deal with it. Check-In was easy as was check-out. Breakfast was good but the same every day during our stay Mon-Sat. "The property is gorgeous, however, they could give you more details than they do. For instance, we opened the room with no instruction, no directories, no anything. The electrical outlets in the kitchen mostly did not work. I tried to use the Keurig and ran it through a few times and it was the most disgusting thing I have seen. "Early check in was very convenient for us. They are very pet friendly the staff gave us a do not disturb tag that informed their staff of pets inside the room. Also they had a cute goodie bag for my pup. My kids absolutely loved it here. Will definitely recommend. Also , deposit collected during checkin , when I checked out was instantly given back to me"
