"The room was clean, sizeable and the jetted spa bath absolutely superb. But that’s where it ends. We stayed in what was called the “modern” suite, a kitsch and garishly designed suite that was a far cry from “modern” in today’s standards. Where it really fell short was the experience and service. Originally opting for Sisu around the corner, we felt we should dine at the restaurant given we were staying as guests and that we could support this local establishment. We waited 1 hour and 15...

"Th⅚is is a gem of a little apartment hotel. The room was spotless clean, large and well-appointed. The balcony has a breathtaking view of the harbor and waterfront. The location is convenient- a short walk from the high street. All of the necessities are within easy. I had such a nice stay. Highly recommend!"

"Didn't realize I was booking a cabin 😫😫. Was very cold, yes I know it's winter. The heater had to be turned on every hour, so you couldn't actually keep the cabin warm. The wee fan heater didn't go. The sheets were clean, but the bedding was very minimal for winter. No coverage, the comforter only just fit the double bed. The extra blanket was full of hair, was definitely not going to put that any where near me. Went and bought hot water bottles for us all."

"A very nice highend, very well maintained motel in Nelson. I can tell that they care about their property and keep it up to the standard. The kitchenette has anything you need to cook. However, there is no ventilation system so you have to open windows to air the smell out. Lovely gesture of chocolate for guests in the fridge. Comfortable bed with heat pump in the room. Highly recommended and will be back again."
