"Bad stink "

"I’ve stayed here at a time or two before and the rooms were a little bit rough but this time it looks like I got a new remodeled room and it was an amazing stay with the kitchenette!!! Staff is always friendly regardless the situation!"

"Several nice pools, elevators and hallways clean and room was clean and comfortable. Tub was deep and hard to get into and out of. Surrounded area was nice and grounds well kept. Older but still good resort "

"Breakfast was okay, quite the variety. Cinnamon rolls were great. Coffee and juices were good. Room needed some repair and tub was so slippery, need to be careful. Clean room, pillows are too soft, like no support for your neck."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. We selected there for our stay because online said they offered free breakfast. When we went down for breakfast before our baseball tournament, we were told that breakfast was $10 per person. That was very disappointing and we checked out and ate elsewhere. The breakfast that was provided, was not worth $10 pp.....and especially since we were expecting it to be included. Need to update your website."

"It was Sunday evening and we ordered a soup and a salad (only one of each)in the dining room. It was an hour before they arrived . No explanation . We were told an old fashioned wake up call was scheduled but it never came. We had a very early appointment in Pottsboro which we made on time anyway. not the expected service for sure."
