"Line was long and slow to check in. We were in building 8 on the second floor, no elevator so it took more than one trip getting our luggage up the stairs. The hallway smelled AWFUL, no ventilation in the hallways. Per my sister it smelled like hot dog water. Trash was always overflowing and added to the smell. Had to hold her breath in hallways. No hooks in the bathroom for towels. Tried opening the mirrored closet door, came right off the track. Wasn’t a fan of being given an adjoining room to a stranger. Pool was cold. Out of the way, will pick somewhere else next time . Highly disappointed "
