"Our sweet was a wonderful size. Love the kitchen and big dining room. Everything was super clean. Great pool! The pool was very warm, and we loved that there is three hot tubs. Plenty of towels with changing rooms, showers and drinking water etc. We ordered from the steak house upstairs and ate in our room. Good food. We also purchased snacks from the little cafe downstairs. That was super convenient since we were traveling with kids. I would definitely return."

"The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us."

"Not as per my expectations and Hyatt name. Staff was slow and very incompetent. 1. Their wifi went down in my work hours and they didn’t show any urgency in fixing it. 2. Housekeeping didn’t show up even after my 4-5 times calling them. Then the other crew shows up in middle of my work meeting when first crew already had done it. Such annoying irresponsible staff. 3. The lady during breakfast buffet asked for extra charge even when I had selected a room including the breakfast. Never...

"Peaceful views from kitchen/dining area. Balcony larger then it looks in photos. Large spacious open living/kitchen area. King room-comfortable bed/bedding. 2nd room fits 5. This room has beautiful view of trees and creek. Location is quiet. 6 min drive into Park City, 15 min drive to Jordanelle State Park ( lake ). The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Be aware that the garage is low. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Parking around property is limited. A trailer w toys won’t fit...

"The hotel only has concierge until 8:00PM. If you miss this timeline then you need to go to affiliated hotel for check in. This information wasn’t included in the hotel instructions and created some inconvenience for me. It is worth noting about overall safety at the hotel. No staff after 8:00PM on the hotel premises and front door is not secured."
