"The staff was great but there were things out of their control that they could do nothing about. Firstly, the location is debatable. Though located within an area that makes it walkable to many places, the homeless, mentally ill, and shady characters that loiter within a several block radius leaves a lot to be desired. "My stay was great! The staff were super accommodating and very lovely. The hotel is located in a great area and the rooms were more than comfortable for a solo traveler. After coming from a horror hotel the night before, it was so nice to transfer to one that I felt safe and comfortable in."
