"Old and dated property that badly needs an upgrade as it seems to be falling apart. They have applied some quick fixes but given the size of the property they are not easy to operationalize in an economic manner. This property is in middle of nowhere, rooms are dated (think about motels in the US), bathrooms are just functional with cheap appointments, and staff seem to be demotivated. These type of properties are hard to manage given their size and struggle. Expect lot of bugs everywhere,...

"Cold food. Buffet heaters and not keeping the food hot. Not much choice with food, only 1 restaurant on premises. After bar closes no access to drinking water on the premises. Dirty beach. Staff ok. Hotel should be more maintained. Reception spotless. The rest of the hotel not so much. Dirty cups everywhere. Room cleaning ladies real angels. Taxi or uber hard to get, be prepared for £70 to drive to Palma one way. Better to rent a car for a full day. Walk to Magaluf (nearest civilisation) around...
