"Nice resort hotel near highways but out of the city center traffic. Hotel had restaurant on site. Clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Beautiful city.
One pet peeve: refrigerator was tucked inside a cabinet with no ventilation so the interior gets hot and is basically wasting electricity. Needed to leave cabinet door open to have refrigerator work. Compressor will eventually fail as it is running continuously."

"Parking and no elevator are the things to be aware of, however I expect many of these downtown Old Quebec properties would be the same! Location was excellent and walkable to many restaurants and tourist sites. The room was eloquent and breakfast was very good with fresh fruit. A great stay!"

"Would definately stay again. Couple of very small issues. Not the fault of the hotel but major construction taking place all around the hotel and general vicinity, made getting around somewhat more difficult. Used on site laundry, thought 8 dollar flat fee was a little much but it was convenient."

"le check-out a été extrêmement long, l'hôtel m'a charger pour un déjeuner qui n'était pas à moi et la personne à la réception m'a demandé si j'avais des preuves que la dite facture n'était pas à moi!!! À trois reprise, Elle a du refaire la facture è cause des erreurs!
C'est la dernière fois que je vais à cette endroit, les chambres sont désuet, même pas de douche, seulement un bain qui n'est pas vraiment accessible pour les petites personnes!"
