Dear guests, During your short stay several times me and my staff have been asking if everything was ok with you and all the time you only keep saying everything fabulous. Don't you agree with me that maybe would have been easier to ask for an help to set the AC, cause actually the air conditioning has been working perfectly during all season in all the rooms and no other guest complained. I can only say it was a matter of managing the settings in your room, cause when the staff went up the day after to clean up the room the settings you put were wrong. About the bed (a brand new one), I cannot really apologise if we care to give guest new and comfortable bed instead of old furniture.About the cat, yes you are right we live in the country side we do have one cat and we are fan of cleaning up constantly.On the last issue, the food. You are right, we don’t allow our guests to bring food fromOutside. It’s simply a general rule written clearly in the welcome kit you find in your room. When I asked you about the dinner you only wanted me to suggest good restaurants, if some guests have special needs they normally ask and We always do our best to let the guest feel good and happy.I’m sorry if you had a bad experience but I’m only sure that I do took care of you.
