"Charming little room right in the heart of the hilltop town of San Miniato. The checkin was super easy and the room was very spacious and easy to get to right at ground level with a separate side entrance right by the front-desk checkin. Would definitely stay again. "

"Lovely property perfect when travelling with a car. Staff were very good. Property great location literally 5 minute walk across the road to the Old Town. On checkin asked about restaurants and we choose one of four Buratti in the Old Town which was fantastic excellent staff and traditional fare was delicious. Definitely recommend the Lucca in Villa Lucretia and the restaurante Buratti."

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in October and liked everything about it. The room was large, with a comfy bed, lots of storage and a nice big bathroom with storage as well. Breakfast every morning was a joy, always fresh and plenty of choices and it was nice to chat a bit with Celeste. She has excellent English and was quick to respond to my emails when I had questions before our arrival. I would definitely stay again "

"The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket. When I talked to the manager, all he said was that he got a note to remove the cars from the street on Sunday, but he never...

"Super friendly host and a spotlessly clean big room/2 big shared bathrooms. Coffee and snacks in the room. The building has no lift, some rooms are upstairs. 15 min. walk from the airport and train station. There are a few shops, pizzeria and a bus stop in the neighbourhood, in order to reach the Pisa city center, you have to take bus or walk 35 minutes."

Un petit bémol avec la terrasse du restaurant juste en bas qui est rangée tardivement et un peu bruyamment... L'isolation phonique des fenêtres n'est peut être pas à la hauteur du bruit environnant. Le matin, la pluie nous a sans doute évité la mise en place 😁"
