"This was a totally adorable, unexpected, charming hotel. The location - on a gorgeous marsh with a view - was unbeatable. Next time we visit, we will make sure we work in time to use the free kayaks the hotel offers. The price was unbeatable. The coffee in the lobby was good. We truly appreciated the late checkout. "We had a WONDERFUL time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was filling. The location couldn't be better - 15-minute walk to downtown P-Town, 15-minute bike ride to the Province bike trail, and 8-minute walk to Fanizzi's (one of the best restaurants in town - cheaper & less crowded than Lobster Pot). If you don't want to walk - take the shuttle that will meet you right in front of the Inn. We'll go there again."

"Our stay was adequate. It served our needs as we were in our room only to sleep. Everything we needed was there, in a small space. The facilities are a little dated but that did not impact us. Staff was very friendly. Water pressure good (i.e.-shower). Bed comfort - okay."
