"Terrible run down motel. There are so many buses every day so bus participants pay one charge for the entire trip so the companies pick the cheapest overnight stays. First upon check-in our TV didn’t work and had to call maintenance. Then the plug-in by sink would not work. I can outstretch my arms with elbows bent and touch each wall in the toilet/tub room. The toilet paper holder comes out of wall. The toilet tips to the side. You hang your clothes on a shelf in the middle of the room. The furniture is old and scratched up really bad. The sink in the main room has such a small counter top you have to sit everything on the desk. Then I fell in the early morning hours trying to use the toilet that tips. The tub luckily broke my fall. The breakfast is the same thing every day and the breakfast room needs major cleaning and maintenance. I will never, ever stay here again and we come to Branson every year. My rating is 0"

"Wish it had a Keurig in the kitchen. I would have listed it as a full five stars but they were doing loud construction renovations and we couldn't enjoy our patio or the view. "

"The outdoor heated pool was warm enough to swim in when the other pools were too cool. Nice roomy condo with extra warm blanket. Would have liked a Keurig. Great LR comfy furniture. $7 for a Starbucks is atrocious! Maybe get a cheaper coffee shoppe. "

"This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. When I checked in, the woman at the desk told me I was in the second building like I was being sent to the dungeon by the way she said it. I asked if it there was a problem with it and she realized how it came off and assured me it was fine, even preferred, just that I'd have to come to the main building for breakfasts. Then I got to the room. The shower had a leak that was spraying out from the showerhead. The AC was very loud. I think it needed maintenance. But that was nothing compared to being put in a room next to the elevator. Non-stop day and night. I could feel the vibration from the bed. I slept maybe 4 hours a night of interrupted sleep. On the first day, I was sitting in the bed, using my laptop, and an ant started crawling across my screen. I killed a few more ants over the next 24 hours. I left at 2 PM on day 2 and lost out on the money I paid for that night because I couldn't take all the noise anymore. That elevator... When I checked out, the man asked if I had requested a room change. When I selected the room booking online, I'm fairly certain it said it was the last one available. If it wasn't, and there were other options, why would they put someone in the room next to the elevator by default? Also, the parking lot is a hill. This didn't bother me personally, but if you're staying here and walking on a steep incline is challenging for you, you probably want to park in the back or at the second building."
