"In a town as old as Lunenburg, I understood that this property would be historical, but it needs some care. The carpets are so old and are worn and smelly. Our bedroom sliding window was completely broken—we could pull off the lower half but couldn't open it up. The AC was nice to have but so loud and had only high and very high speeds and was right next to the bed, so we turned it on and off all night. With a little care and added theme-fitting decor, this place would be wonderful. Staff was friendly, parking was convenient, and location was great, as it was across the street from the harbour and near all the shops and restaurants."
