"Nice staff and location"

"This was our first trip to stay at this very nice hotel. I am a hotel snob and I was very pleased. The only thing missing from our room was a microwave. Just a small one would be so nice. If I had to say there was anything that I disliked, it would be that we kept blowing fuses in the room .The shower is beautiful but there’s not enough pressure to get soap out of your hair if you have long hair very quickly. There is a very nice seat that you can sit down, but the water pressure does not allow...

"The hallway has dog smell and also the W queen size bed are the size of twin beds. The location is close to the beach which is nice. On my stay staff did not come clean the room even when I was out. And staff were barely there."

"The views were amazing!! The room was cleaned with great detail and met our expectations. The pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. It was green during our stay. The biggest disappointment was having to pay for parking. I did call to inquire about the parking and was told in exchange for paid parking you get free chairs and umbrellas. After arriving I was told the chairs were first come first serve so obviously they were all taken. We had to buy chairs once we got ready to go to the beach....

"The house had an unpleasant odor, the kitchen pots were not very clean, and there were no blankets provided for sleeping, which was inconvenient. If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable."
