"Sound side balcony view was amazing. Room was clean and decorated beautifully. The check in staff, night staff and day staff were all welcoming, friendly, and I really enjoyed my interactions with them. They also have a very CUTE little library section that you can borrow a book from!! Kids books as well! "

"So during our stay this past weekend, 1/31-2/1, there was a massive snow storm. Over a foot of snow fell and we were snowed in. That being said, the staff was absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we need and helped us to get another room when we had to end up staying another night because our car was burried!
