"I loved our stay! The room was big, we had the one with the kitchen in it. It was cold out so we didnt get ti take advantage of the pool or other outdoor amenities but I would definitely stay here again! Nice and clean, helpful staff. Its not a modern place and I love it more because of that. "

"Friendly greeting upon check-in by the front desk! Enjoyed a nice stay at this well maintained property. Hotel room was clean and nicely furnished. Bed was on the firmer side which I like and it had nice bedding and pillows. The bathroom was on the small side, but it was meticulously clean and well furnished. It had a nice large walk-in shower. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, but it looked good. Hopefully, I'll get to enjoy it next time I stay here."

"room was spotless. easy to control the temp. breakfast good. I just had to ask one workers at breakfast to wash her hands after she sneezed near the cereal. She was literally still standing there cleaning with the gloves she just sneezed in! "

"The room was so lovely and well appointed, with a nice balcony and beach view. Renovations are in progress in the lobby which are going to be spectacular! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer. Definitely recommend!"

"Check in was fine. Room was dirty, peeling paint, cracked walls. Tv did not work, switched remote, worked ok for a bit then tv shut off and wouldnt turn back on. Volume key did not work so the volume was not adjustable. No lamp shade on desk lamp. Wifi was useless. Beakfast was coffee and white bread. Will not stay here again."

"I highly recommend a stay at this property! My college daughter and I went for a few days during her Spring Break. She loves victorian style homes and this one was perfect. We loved that they had bikes available to ride during the day. Breakfast each day was delicious, and the Tea and Treats and Wine and Cheese times were so fun."

"Our first surprise was the $75 PER NIGHT pet cleaning fee. This might have been understandable if they had cleaned our room at all during our stay. We didn't see a soul the entire time. We were all alone in the hotel and surrounding restaurant. Good thing we didn't need clean towels. No services whatsoever. They gave us a key and told us to lock up when we left. Kind of like The Shining. But with waves. "

"Definitely overpriced for the condition of the room. Sheets were stained and ragged stained on the walls and ceiling, the room had a bad odor of cigarette and urine. The dark color paint mad it more depressing and uncomfortable. "

"The entire motel is run down and dirty! The first room we were given had an unassembled AC unit on the floor next to the bed. The second room did not have running water. We went to the office again and were told that there was a pollution problem a few months ago, so just let the water run. We asked for a bottle of water to brush our teeth. They told us they don’t provide water to guests that we could go up the street to a store! We opened the tap when we returned to the room and the water...
