We were surprised by an undisclosed 4% credit card fee where we had thought we paid via Expedia, were required to change rooms after our first night, experienced ongoing Wi-Fi issues that made the TV unusable, and had a shower head...

"This was our 6 or 7 time at The Reeds. We love Stone Harbor and The Reeds is the only place we would stay. The staff from check in to check out couldn’t be more helpful. We met the President and GM this trip. A special shoutout to Diane, concierge! She’s wonderful and has gone above and beyond each time we’ve been there"

"The price did not reflect the quality of the accommodation. Although breakfast was included, it was not served as a buffet. Instead, guests were given very small portions, and it felt as though asking for more was discouraged. I noticed that some guests asked for an extra omelet or additional sausages with their initial serving. Overall, the selection was very limited. When the available dishes contained pork, there were no suitable alternatives for either vegetarians or guests who do not eat...
