"Internet was ok but not the fastest. The rooms were well appointed but things missing in kitchen that it needed, like egg flip, peeler, serving spoons, teaspoons. The bathroom needed facewashers. Said in compendium that mini services done daily with towel replacements if wanted. Never saw anyone in the 4 days we were there, no towel changes. Plenty of secure parking but to access garage you had to get out of car , walk around to passenger side to tap fob to control panel so gate would go up....

"Avoid this place at all costs Firstly, there is no mobile phone reception, which makes communication extremely difficult and inconvenient. This should have been clearly disclosed before booking. Secondly, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. "Clean spacious and quiet "

"Room is good but not cleaned properly. Compound looks unkept w/ plant path in front of rooms bare. Very easy parking and safe though and close to restaurants. Overall for quick stop it’s good.😊 "

"We had a great stay here. The staff were excellent and so helpful. The location was great. Right next to a huge shopping centre and next to the station so really easy to get in to Central Melbourne and all surrounding areas. Would definitely stay again. "

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"The room was spotless as always and the staff are always courteous and ready to talk to you (no waiting). There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke, I'm not sure how they can deal with this if people choose to break the rules, but perhaps a bit of awareness to leave door & windows open to air it out, just a suggestion."

"Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. We were staying for 2 nights only. The first night was unbearable. Kids woke up in the middle of the night as the upstairs rooms were very very hot. So...

"The place is clean and similar to what was shown in the photos. There are many restaurants nearby. The rooms aren't big but are sufficient enough for its purpose. I love the work desk because I need to do my work on a desk so it was perfect. I wish there will be more space near the faucet in the bathroom as I have no place to put my toiletries and stuffs. The only complaint is some units are doing remodeling work before 7am on Monday and woke us up."
