"The property itself is very nice. The area is not safe to walk after 6 pm. Due to the fact that the area is not the greatest the hotel itself should have some type of entertainment at night. It seems that they cater to people that travel for conferences but not everyone stays there for conferences. We were traveling on vacation. "

"A nice hotel. Don't be fooled by the name - it is not on the waterfront, but about a mile from it. However the hotel runs a free shuttle bus on the hour, and back on the half hour to the star of CapeTown, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront Harbour and main shopping centre. The breakfast is really good - spoilt for choice. Plenty of staff to bring you coffee and clear plates and tables etc. The staff are all so friendly too. Our room on the 14th floor had a magnificent view of the harbour area....
