The hotel is in an excellent location; lots of dining options within a half mile. We had no concerns about walking around. The room was clean and staff was extremely courteous and helpful. One suggestion: please make sure housekeeping is not stingy about coffee pods!

Very modern and friendly hotel. Great staff. Great location. Airport transfer is listed as an amenity, but rather use Uber or Bolt as the transfer shuttle IS NOT INCLUDED, despite looking like it is.

The room was very comfortable and clean. My biggest concern is the amount of noise from other guests. Every morning we were woken up from people slamming their doors shut. I could hear conversations from people in the hallway and phones ringing/coughing from the rooms next to me. Additionally, the area is far from the waterfront and it is not safe to walk around at night. There is limited dining options nearby but the hotel restaurant was delicious for breakfast and dinner. It is also very easy and safe to use uber. All of the staff other than Miranda at the front desk were kind, helpful, and friendly. Miranda was very dismissive and disrespectful to my family and I when we kindly asked her to stay in our room when we booked an additional night. That was a very disappointing experience.

Great mattress and shower at a reasonable rate for location, gym, terrace and Pool. On that basis I would, and hope to , stay again. Some of the meals in restaurant were really excellent but breakfast seemed overpriced - far tastier breakfast and better price at Cushty's Deli next door.

The room was small but very nice and welll equipped. Roof deck views are amazing with small pool and sveral trypes of seating up there (including shaded area). Nice equipped gym I used most days. Staff friendliness and location are reasons I choose this for two long stays in city. Gen Manager Rodney is excellent.

The location convenient to the V& A waterfront and the Sea Point Boardwalk. Some restaurants in the area around Main St. One night the fire alarm went off then afterwards a light on the fire alarm kept flashing, called the desk but no response until morning when they said it would get resolved. Price was good and room clean and efficiently laid out, think European in size and details.

A Roof With A View

The Hotel was built in the midst of the Pandemic! It is new, ANEW! My studio was spacious and modern with views of the stadium and a slight sea view. The roof pool deck is amazing with 360 degree views of the mountain, the sea, the stadium etc etc

Beautiful views of the Cape Town

There was a bit of confusion with my accommodation at first because I booked 2 rooms. However, the staff fixed and were very pleasant with us the entire time. The room is compact. However, it has the essentials you need. We especially loved the pool and the view on the rooftop

Stop over in Cape Town

Lovely position easy to walk into the centre or the waterfront. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't anything special, food wasn't too hot, and the cold selection was OK for the first couple of days afterwards the selection was poor. Also appeared that they were short of coffee sachets.

Nice place...

We stayed 2 nights pre cruise and 2 nights post cruise. Lovely place, not very convenient for those that can't or don't want to walk to the restaurants, shopping etc. Most are about a 20-minute walk away. V&A and cruise port is about a 30-minute walk. We did not like that there was no vanity to put cosmetics, etc.. No Microwave or Fridge. No washcloth. I always carry one with me at all times.
