nice apartment but watch out for the fine print

While the apartment was acceptable and well located one needs to be aware of the fact that the only parking they have is on the street and be aware of hidden costs which seem to fluctuate based on who you talk to. The apartment was not cleaned in the time we stayed there but we had to cough up R 580 ( which was the lowest cost quoted) for cleaning. Added to this they expected us to go into town to drop off the keys which we refused to do as we did not have the time. The keys were eventually left with the security guard.

It was very comfortable and clean. The location was excellent! They were very accommodating when we requested more hangers. The only issue was the leaking faucet in the master bedroom. It was very difficult to shut off and we felt very bad because we were trying to comply with the request to conserve water. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location. Opposite ocean. Clean and all appliances great. Great for 4 people.
