"The hotel is spectacular and the staff are amazing. A huge well equipped gym, secure underground parking, amazing breakfast, nice roof top bar and pool, smart comfortable rooms. The only downside is the hotel is in town I’m not such a nice area. The area around the hotel doesn’t look nice. This isn’t a problem though as you would just drive or get an Uber where ever you want to go. You wouldn’t want to walk around outside the hotel, especially at night. I highly recommend the hotel. "The rooms are very well appointed, large and very clean. The staff are fantastic. Jason, the shift manager went above and beyond to assist me when I became ill at the end of my visit. He and his staff ensured that I had every single thing I needed to be comfortable as I recovered. Rozen was a joy to engage with at breakfast each morning. This is a wonderful property within walking distance to the Victoria Wharf. I'm excited to stay at this property during future visits to Cape Town. "
