"I wish I could write a postive review about this stay . However I just cannot at this time . We booked though Expedia , a specific room type for the space , when we arrived we were placed into a different class of room. When I went to the front desk to inquire the women working was brutally rude and swore she upgraded me with a better view . "Great location, clean hotel and friendly, helpful staff. Bed was great, bathroom was a good size. No shower cap with the toiletries, if that's important to you. Parking was a bit pricey at $55 US/night for valet. The nearest self park is 3 minutes walk from the hotel. After checking parking reviews in the area, went with the valet option since I was only there one night. There are also some good food options within walking distance."

"Wonderful staff. Originally a 2 night stay, we encountered some car trouble on our way in and couldn’t check in on time. They held the room and reservation for us without any trouble. Great views and floor to ceiling windows. Smaller on the bedroom and bathroom side of things in our case, but both were updated to feel otherwise."

"Everything about this facility was amazing. From the time I arrived which was early the friendly and professional staff was so awesome and accommodating. The whole facility was clean every area that I went to was clean. Casino was fun and all the restaurants that i ate at were delicious with great staff. Was really annoying at 2/4am people would return and make loads of noise . Couple felt it was funny to ring my doorbell . ., Love the sauna and steam room . Thankyou for the gentleman for showing me around . But I was assured it was included with the Hotel no extra Charge . But got charged $20 . Overall out of 10 il give at 4-5 out of 10 "

"The staff were so friendly & very helpful, if I needed anything, they were quick to respond. Travelling with my elderly mum, this hotel was the excellent choice, rooms spacious & made our stay very comfortable. The food at the Trolly room was also very good. Hope to visit again & stay there."
