"Room smelled like a wet dog but overall wasn’t too bad"

"Suites were spacious and clean. The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful from the valet to the shuttle driver to the waitstaff. Everyone was welcoming and went out of their way to help us and make sure we had everything we needed. We utilized the shuttle to and from the ballpark and it worked so well. Would definitely stay here again The only concern was the bathtub/shower. I had just injured my knee and there was a wall to step over. Also three stairs to go from one area to the bedroom. If you don’t have any mobility issues it would be fine"

"The staff were so friendly & very helpful, if I needed anything, they were quick to respond. Travelling with my elderly mum, this hotel was the excellent choice, rooms spacious & made our stay very comfortable. The food at the Trolly room was also very good. Hope to visit again & stay there."

"Wonderful staff. Originally a 2 night stay, we encountered some car trouble on our way in and couldn’t check in on time. They held the room and reservation for us without any trouble. Great views and floor to ceiling windows. Smaller on the bedroom and bathroom side of things in our case, but both were updated to feel otherwise."
