"Really nice hotel. Very friendly staff. Very spacious rooms.
My only comment is about a lingering odor. It's not so much a bad smell, as an indescribable scent that, after a while, becomes bothersome."

"This property is very clean, the access was clear and easy, and the room was spacious with all the necessary amenities. The location is great, too. Easy walk anywhere downtown including Comerica Park, Ford Field etc."
"Experienced three different reception staff between check-in and check-out and ALL 3 were the friendliest we've ever dealt with! Slightly disappointed the TV does not swivel and the rainfall shower head is kind of annoying but not the end of the world."

"Fabulous, fabulous place to stay! Beautiful interior and immaculately clean. I stayed two days and would definitely stay again in the future. The communications from Kasa were clear and comprehensive. Nice little touches like ear plugs, bottled water and cookies. Right in the heart of downtown Detroit, but I still found it quiet and safe. By far, the best place I stayed on my tour through Michigan."

"There is a missing outlet cover, one out is upside down, one is nearly coming out of the wall. The tub is chipped and poorly patched. The comforter is frayed. The wall trims are just PVC j channels. All of these things are overall fine, no big deal. These little details detracted from the overall feel of the room. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming though."
"Well, we checked in the early afternoon. Did not take long to check in. Everyone was very pleasant. The room was great but I did expect a Jacuzzi for a suite. Food court was great. Good pizza. We walked around a few blocks,( to Mom's Spaghetti) from the hotel it was kind scary the first couple of blocks. There was a homeless man sleeping on the sidewalk with trash around. There was another man asking for money at the Walk light. ( We live in the country and my mind was blown)) once we crossed it...

"The view from the 25th floor was amazing. I stayed on the 12th floor and that view was amazing as well. Everything was convenient and walking distance to the ballpark. The free people mover was a bonus. The only thing I did not like was the the cost of the parking"
