"Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food. Location is prime for events at Delta Center or Salt Palace convention center. Free Starbucks coffee in the morning was very appreciated along with the ice cold water. Lobby restrooms were not air conditioned nor were room hallways. This might be the norm for Utah, I don’t know. Rooms are well air conditioned and easy to control.

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning unit is just a couple of feet away from the bed, so when it's running you hear it and it's blowing directly on you. The hotel is currently under renovation rooms on 5th and 6th floor as well as the lobby. Breakfast is included in the stay, and while I didn't eat, my husband said that it was good. They don't serve lunch at the hotel. At 5:00 the 6 seat bar opens and a very limited menu of food is available. I'm talking 6 items...
