Staff was very friendly and hlepful. Rooms are outdated and bathroom needed tile work. had an early flight and was told there was a grab and go breakfast since the full breakfast would not be served befoere 630. That consisted of a granola bar and apple.

We arrived late & we’re not able to enjoy pool or hottub. The laundry facilities were great. The breakfast was awesome too. The lady working front counter was very nice & welcoming. There was a large group, a boys choir checking in & and was super busy, it was a bit overwhelming. She handled it with ease & smiling!

Stayed overnight with family. I noticed that the elevator floor (carpet) was not vacuumed the day we were there. Don’t forget to bring your drinking water, just found out from my husband that the bottled water from the vending machine costs $4 😊. Staff are friendly and helpful!

The only reason I booked this hotel was because they offered a free shuttle to the airport. That was false advertising, they did not offer a shuttle to the airport, had to take a Uber, which cast 20 dollars, even though they are a mile away from the airport

The property was fine. The rooms were fine. The pool was a bit cloudy and the hot tub was luke warm which was disappointing the worst part of the saty was the customers. In the room across from us two boys were making so much noise with a luggage cart at 1030pm that I started to go to the desk to complain but then the same boys thought it would be fun to play in the elevator so I went back to my room. On my way back the dad of said boys stuck his head out of his room, hollered down the hall - with a joint in his hand, and when the kids didn't answer he slammed the door shut. After I got back to my room and laid down again the couple next to us with toddler sized children let the children into the hall where mom said "go run your energy off" at 1045. So the kids ran and squealed and had a wonderful time. Im not anti kids, i have 3 who were with me, but I am anti bad parents and this facility was full of them.
