"I've enjoyed this hotel multiple times and it's consistently good - helpful staff, quiet space with respectful guests (mostly business). I also like all the little extras - plenty of space to spread out in the main area to eat and catch up on work; late night dining & snacks; motion censored lighting; fridge, microwave, optional bathtub & couches with extra blankets. "Advertised as on the harbor, it was actually two parking lots away from the harbor. The elevator was pathetic: small, slow, and dirty, and the landing was dirty. Bird crap on the windows and the view from the other window was gross; the rooftop was several floors below. The room was ok. TV sound and CC didn't work, and two attempts to ask for help resulted in nothing. On the plus side, the location was nice, the room was big and clean, and the front desk staff were nice."

"Definitely will be going back. Staff was kind and room and premises clean. The only reason I gave a 4 was due to a person who said they were checking in by the front desk. This person had a pitbull off its leash and then got extremely agitated with me when i asked him if he could put the dog on a leash. So while I felt safe for most of the time there, the last few minutes could have gone bad very quickly. I kept myself calm and quickly gave the employee my pass key to the room and left....

"Had a horrible experience and would not stay at this hotel again. The loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. Our air conditioning unit sounded like a plane, ran rough the whole stay, and the room fridge ran all night. The shower didn’t have a curtain liner, the curtain was like a bed sheet and was ripped in several areas and leaked water out of the shower. The bed was lumpy and even, overall horrible hotel experience."

"Breakfast was mediocre selection. Coffee was lukewarm. No coffee in the room at all. Staff not at all helpful. I asked for a receipt and was given a receipt for someone entirely different. I asked again in the morning, and the girl was more concerned about description of the girl that gave me the wrong receipt, and then proceeded to tell me she was unable to provide me a receipt. I would not stay again."

"The biggest disappointment in a hotel stay in recent memory. They gave me a handicap room without asking if that was ok. The bed was a sweeky king extremely low to the ground. It swelled each time I moved. One towel total for two people and when I asked the front desk for another towel or two she rolled her eyes and asked why? They have a kitchenette in the room with no utensils, cups or plates absolutely NOTHING! When asked about that they said “We don’t provide kitchen ware”. The other...
