"Our room is clean and spacious. Unfortunately, no enough toilet paper (no extra inside the bathroom), towels look old and my son had bed bugs bite. The staff who accommodate us at check out time is too slow to handle difficult task. The deposit money was lost and was not able to do immediate payment. "Nice staff and clean rooms = great value. Krispy King Chicken for reasonable, fresh fried chicken and Don Machiattos for a inexpensive coffee just a right turn, two blocks and right turn toward hospital area.
Also great Ramen and Unity Coffee for aircon and cool vibes. Google it.

"There seemed to be some confusion on check in as to room selection and other inclusions, which was mainly my fault. There is also the possibility that this hotel doubles as dormitory for high school/college students, thus making the breakfast restaurant and elevators extremely busy. Aside from this, the hotel is very nice and the staff is professional. Great location, easy access to restaurants, nightlife and shopping."
