"Desde que llegamos el personal se portó excesivamente amable. Nos dieron una bebida de bienvenida mientras esperamos la habitación con upgrade con vista a la ciudad. El restaurante es muy bueno y el desayuno mejor. Es de esos hoteles que cuidan los detalles y lo hacen sentir a uno como que estuviera en casa. Sin duda me volvería a quedar allí."

"The hotel was in a great location just a short walk to the capital and other places of interest. The hotel Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and well appointed. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The air conditioning was very good and very welcome as it was hot outside. Tasty breakfast with a lot of choice. The hotel provides free coffee and tea throughout the day which was lovely. I would recommend this hotel as we had a great 4 night stay."

"The day staff gentleman was a joy. The breakfast provided was good. However, the air conditioning was weak and there was mold in the shower. The single shower soap was inadequate. Location was great."

"We love this hotel, especially for longer stays in Toulouse. It's clean, attractive, has a kitchen area, and has super friendly staff. The beds are comfy. There is a laundry room for guests. The breakfast is abundant, fresh, and delicious. The location is perfect: on a quiet street a few bus stops from the city center. I always opt for a balcony room; it's very pleasant to sit outside in the evenings. And this summer I was grateful for the air conditioned room!"

"We spent 4 wonderful nights, and all the employees were very friendly and assisted us on the places to visit. The rooms were nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean sheets. Air conditioner worked extremely well. I would definitely recommend this hotel room all my family and friends. The location of the hotel is in the civic center were all the restaurants and near on the shops. Limited amount of vehicles in the civic center, other then bikes and motorcycles."

"Desk staff were lovely and very helpful. I had to leave veeery early in the morning and the gent at the desk made sure I got my Uber to the airport okay. Room was small but neat and clean, bathroom was spotless. Amazing location! You can walk to pretty much any major attraction within ten minutes, plus bus stops and metro very close. Very quiet as well, I'm a light sleeper and there was zero noise. Would happily stay here again!"

"Although this property was in the middle of city center, there were homeless people out in front almost every day in packs with their dogs. And the staff at this hotel were very petty. Also, there is no place to really sit and enjoy yourself other than your room. They had a nice breakfast place, but you couldn’t use it to sit and relax. It was only to eat for a few hours in the morning. What a shame. A terrible waste of space that could help in making its customers more comfortable During...

"We arrived early for check-in and as expected our room was not ready so the extremely helpful receptionist took our luggage and held it in their left luggage facility until we returned to check-in later. The room was comfortable and quiet. Although we hadn’t booked breakfast we were able to enjoy the buffet breakfast and pay that morning."
