"The location of this hotel is amazing. Very close to one of the most beautiful beaches i have ever been to. The host was very accommodating. The hotel itself is in need of work. We could not get hot water even after letting the sink run for 6 min as instructed, there was no lighting in the hallway so we had to use our phone flashlights, the room balcony door did not close, the balcony was dirty and rusty, light in toom was flickering... overall we had a great time, and maybe we were just...

Unfortunately we had allergies to dust mites in the facility and were not provided with any sort of response signaling that the staff would take measures to even check for dust mites or deep clean the facility in response to our feedback. "The resort location is remote with not too much other options ion the area. the beach area was very nice and comfortable. The food at the buffet was not very good and there was little to do at night. were the close to the end of season and the resort was shutting down so that may have a lot to do with the lack of options.
