"This is a lovely place to stay in Palermo. It is a great location, very close to the food markets and the key sites. We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. The family suite with 2 bedrooms is perfect for travelling with children. Thanks for such a great stay & your hospitality!"

"The breakfast was extraordinary - fresh baked local treats, fruit, phenomenal Italian yoghurt. (Note: There is no pool. Expedia explicitly asked about it, but there is not one so don't be disappointed.) Rooms are lovely, staff are fantastic, location is perfect. Truly a wonderful stay."

Very noisy during the day since it’s on a busy street but that made it super convenient to get around Palermo. Friendly driver to and from airport available for €40. Overall great stay, highly recommended! "

"The property couldn’t be more convenient. It is right in the Via Maqueda, the central tourist hub of Palermo. Thus, it is easily walkable to all of the city’s main highlights. The manager, Gabrielle, is a sweetheart!"

"The hotel is ok, but their parking service is a nightmare. They told us they would register our car for the restricted zone, but they clearly didn’t because I just received a heavy fine. The hotel has ignored all my emails, calls, and Expedia messages. To make matters worse, someone else was parked in our 'reserved' spot one night. Truly terrible customer service once they have your money."

Breakfast was offered for €8 per person, but the quality did not justify the price. The options were extremely limited: a coffee, two slices of ham, a croissant placed on a tray, and a small slice of lemon cake. There were no real choices available, which made the price feel excessive for what was provided. The mattresses were very hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were...
